Hi, I’m Sam...
Hello, I’m Sam - a mum to a nearly 6-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son, as well as a Children’s Occupational Therapist and Sensory Integration Practitioner.
I worked in the NHS for 12 years before moving into private practice three years ago. Over that time, I’ve supported many children and families in schools, at home, and in the community. Being both a therapist and a parent gives me a real understanding of how busy, overwhelming, and sometimes confusing parenting can feel, especially when your child is facing challenges.
Naturally OT was created from my own need for flexibility, allowing me to support my family while continuing to work closely with children and families in a way that feels personal, flexible, and truly tailored to their individual needs, aspirations, and budget.
My aim is always to work alongside parents, helping you understand your child more deeply and providing practical, realistic strategies that make everyday life feel easier and more positive.
If you would like to find out more about Occupational Therapy assessments or discuss how I might be able to support your child, I would love to hear from you
