Our Approach

Naturally Occupational Therapy is built on a foundation of clinical expertise and a deep respect for each child’s unique way of being.

Sensory Integration (Ayres) & Sensory Informed

We look beneath the surface of "behavior" to understand the underlying sensory needs. Using Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI) principles and a sensory-informed lens, we help children regulate their systems so they can feel safe and organised in their bodies. Whether in a clinic, home, or natural setting, we provide the "just-right" challenge to help your child develop and thrive.

Gentle & Natural

Development cannot be rushed. We use a gentle approach that respects a child’s boundaries and emotional well-being. By incorporating the young persons natural environment and everyday activities, we ensure that the progress made in therapy translates easily into real-life success.

Supporting Inclusion & Engagement

At Naturally Occupational Therapy, we collaborate with schools to bridge the gap between a child’s sensory needs and their academic potential. We believe that when a child’s nervous system is supported, their ability to learn, socialise, and participate flourishes.

Neuro-Affirming & Child-Led

Naturally OT supports your child’s natural interests, empowering them to participate in the activities that matter most. Our sessions are neuro-affirming; we celebrate different ways of thinking and moving. By being child-led, we follow your child's motivations, using play as our primary tool for growth and engagement.
